Before you call

What we need from you.

Date, headcount and where it is going will get you a quote. Everything else just helps us get it right the first time.

We love to cater. We have been doing it out of the same Conshohocken kitchen for over twenty-five years — office lunches, showers, holidays, funeral lunches and shiva, anywhere within about twenty miles.

Still deciding what goes on the table? The catering menu lists every tray and price, and how we cater walks through the packages.

One call does it. (484) 550-5407 during shop hours, or email social@tdoritakeout.com if that is easier. Both reach the same person.

How to book

Catering is arranged by phone.

Every event is quoted by a person, not a form. Call the shop and you will speak to whoever is putting the order together — the same person who will be packing it.

Call (484) 550-5407

During shop hours. Sunday 10:00–8:30, Monday to Thursday 10:00–8:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00–8:30.

Have these ready
  • The date, and roughly what time you need it
  • How many people — an estimate is fine to start
  • Delivery or pickup, and the address if we are delivering, so we can confirm you are inside the twenty-mile radius
  • Hot buffet, cold trays or full service — or ask, and we will talk through which suits the room
  • Dietary needs, and anything else the kitchen should know

That is enough for a written quote. The catering menu lists every tray and price if you would rather pick first.

Cannot call right now? Email social@tdoritakeout.com with the same details and we will come back to you.

Questions

The things people ask first.

How much notice do you need?
Forty-eight hours is comfortable for most orders. Bigger events and holidays fill up early, so the sooner you ask, the more we can do. Short notice is still worth a phone call — we can often make it work.
How far will you travel?
We deliver and set up within roughly twenty miles of the shop: Conshohocken, Plymouth Meeting, Blue Bell, Lafayette Hill, Norristown, King of Prussia and everything around them. Just outside? Ask anyway.
What is the minimum order?
Placeholder pending confirmation with the owner. Most catering shops set a per-head or per-order floor, and this page should state it plainly rather than leaving people guessing.
Can you handle dietary requirements?
Vegetarian options run right through the menu, and we flag common allergens on the quote. Tell us what you need on the call and it is accounted for.
Do you provide serving equipment?
Hot buffets come with chafing racks and sterno. Plates, cutlery and serving utensils can be added — just say so when you call.
When do I pay?
No deposit is taken when we send the quote. Payment terms are confirmed once you accept — another detail this page should state outright once the owner confirms it.
